6 months ago I bought my dream bimmer… little did I know how much it would cost to insure the car. My wife and I have been Geico customers for a few years now. I had been paying $300/month for full coverage on the new car. I had never bought insurance through a local broker before, but they quoted me $160 a month…at almost half price (lower deductible too) it was worth a try for me. So far so good! I'm going to save $1500 this year.

I am writing this review after receiving exceptional service from hotwire insurance over the last month. We live in San Diego and last month our family bought a new mini van and while in the past I used to buy insurance through local places, we have recently been using Geico… WOW was I shocked to see the difference in prices for BETTER insurance. We have a toyota camry, a honda oddysy, and a lexus is300, I am now paying HALF of my original bill with HALF the deductable I was paying before (only 250$ now). definitely recommended I will never buy insurance through a big company again, what a joke…

I think these guys have the best auto insurance rates in San Diego by far. I shopped around quiet a bit before visiting their office in clairemont. I think their service is great and so far I'm really satisfied with the price i'm paying for my car insurance!

5 stars for great service. I must say the agent that I worked with today was very patient with my tall order of questions, all in all I got a great rate on some cheap on insurance. This is my first time buying local auto insurance since I moved to San Diego, I'm glad I got a deal!

I shopped around for a whole week to bring down the payment on my ///m3, Ray over at hotwire gave me a really good deal. Since I'm a student/ have a really good driving record I got a lot of the price breaks, but even then, their price was so much less then any of the other places I wen't into. the agents there are friendly and will show you all your options, I didin't feel like they were as pushy as some other people are. I got my ford ranger insured with hotwire for only 30$ a month. that was a really good price compared to all the other prices i got quotes from. I submitted a quote on their website and one of their agents called me back. He gave me my quote over the phone then I came in the next day to fill out all the forms and sign. It was really quick process and I was glad to have my insurance the same day. I'm really glad I wen't with this agency because its close to my house and I can really call them with any questions, a lot easier then dealing with a 1-800 # at a big insurance company…

These days I could care less about the brand name of my insurance. Call the insurance company of the policy hotwire quotes you and act as if you are already a customer, it will give you an idea of how good the service of indie auto insurance agency insurances are. I called into 2 of the ones hotwire quoted me on and was totally surprised, as the customer service and call wait time of these companies was better/shorter then with my previous company. I'm glad I switched, im saving about 50$ a month. awesome
